Axia Zoi LLC services contain proprietary and confidential information that is available only to registered users and is protected by applicable laws. The content on the Axia Zoi website, including without limitation, the texts, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, interactive features and logos are owned by Axia Zoi LLC and it is subject to copyright and other property rights under United States of America and foreign laws and international conventions.

Use of the Services

Subject to your full compliance with these terms of use, you may access and use the Axia Zoi website and its services and content, including the materials and modules once your register and enroll for our course(s). All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Axia Zoi LLC. Except as expressly authorized by Axia Zoi LLC, you agree not to download, modify, save, duplicate, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Axia Zoi website or any of its educational products and services or contents (including the materials), in whole or in part, nor may you use any of these items for any commercial purposes. We reserve the rights to refuse registration and enrollment to any student. You agree not to access the Axia Zoi website or its educational services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Axia Zoi LLC for use in accessing the site and educational products and services.

Refusal and Termination of Services

Axia Zoi LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. Such refusal may include, but is not limited too, false information that Axia Zoi LLC determines to be violent or to advocate illegal activity; or to contravene any law, statute, or ordinance; or that otherwise violates these terms of use. We reserve the rights to refuse registration and enrollment to any student. Should any student conduct him or herself in a manner that we determine to be threatening, violent, disruptive, or offensive toward us. Axia Zoi LLC reserves the right to terminate any and all products and services on the student’s account. You further acknowledge and agree that Axia Zoi LLC may terminate your account and delete all your information. You may terminate your use of the Axia Zoi website, its products and services at any time. Upon any termination, we will be under no obligation to provide a monetary refund to anyone.

The information contained on our website and our courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute trading or investment advice and/or strategy. The information should not be construed as an offer to buy, sell or subscribe to any financial products; no investment objectives, financial circumstances or needs of any individual have been taken into consideration in the preparation of the information on our website and our courses. All other ancillary services including are complimentary.

 

We do not offer course(s) on how to do business and become a vendor/supplier to the U.S. Government and the United Nations and also how to trade the forex and stock market. If you choose to open a live trading account, it is solely at your discretion. Our courses do not serve as a yardstick for trading/investment advice or consultation.

 

We are not a forex dealer, commodity trading advisor and we do not offer services that involve financial management or advice. We are not affiliated or regulated by any financial governing body or any educational body in the United States of America. We teach based on our combined experience in trading the financial markets.

 

Axia Zoi LLC does not suggest on which broker the student should trade. The entire course is illustrated with Thinkorswim. Residents outside the United States must choose the brokerage platform in their region, such as Interactive Brokers. Axia Zoi LLC is not responsible for different platforms and their ways of transmitting information in real time or lagging behind.

The certificate of attendance, may or may not be issued to our in-class attendees after the end of the training DOES NOT serve as a broker license.
